📄 Terms and Conditions – Lorayaclothing

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”) govern all sales made on the Lorayaclothing website.
By placing an order on this site, you agree to these T&C without reservation.

1. Purpose

These T&C define the rights and obligations of Lorayaclothing and the customer in the sale of clothing and accessories available on the website.

2. Products

The products are described and presented as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur between the product images and the actual items due to lighting, manufacturing, or screen display.

Lorayaclothing cannot be held responsible for minor differences between images and products.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping fees.

Lorayaclothing reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be charged based on the price displayed at the time of the order.

4. Orders

The customer confirms having read and accepted these T&C before placing an order.

Lorayaclothing reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:

payment issues;
incorrect or incomplete address.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods include:

Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.);
PayPal;
Any other payment method available on the website.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

6. Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery times are 8 to 10 business days after shipment.

These timeframes may vary depending on the carrier and peak periods.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Delivery

Lorayaclothing ships to the countries available at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by:

incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If your package is not received, please contact customer service within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted under certain conditions (see our Return Policy).

Items must be:

unworn;
unwashed;
in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are not covered unless the error is on our side.

9. Liability

Lorayaclothing cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control (customs, strikes, weather, etc.).

The customer is responsible for the proper use of purchased products.

10. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer laws, customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery, except for legal exceptions (worn, damaged, or personalized items).
